DESCRIPTION
Are you looking for your own custom printed ribbon? Well at PackQueen we have an option for you. With a low minimum order (2 x 90metre rolls), you can add that WOW factor to your gift packaging with a personalised ribbon. Choose from a wide selection of ribbon colours and a solid print or foil stamped finish.
Turn around time is fast as well and you will have your custom printed ribbon manufactured within 10-15 working days from artwork approval.
Artwork must be supplied in vector format in one of the following files:
- A high resolution PDF (.pdf) with all type outlined
- An Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file with all type outlined
- An EPS (.eps) file. with all type outlined
Once your order is placed please email your artwork file to artwork@packqueen.com.au. specifying the size and colour that you would like your artwork printed and we will provide an artwork approval form for you to sign off in 1-3 business days.

Lead Times:

- Stock Products: Allow 1-3 work days for dispatch
- Bulk Stock Products: Allow 5-7 work days for dispatch

Shipping Options:
Delivery: We provide reliable delivery options both within Australia and internationally. Our Australian delivery partners include Direct Freight, Star Track, and Australia Post. For international shipments, we work with trusted partners such as DHL and Australia Post Express Courier.
Click & Collect: Conveniently, we offer a click & collect option at our Thomastown warehouse. You can opt to personally collect your order from our warehouse or arrange for a courier to do so. Once your order is ready, we will promptly notify you.
Delivery Cost:
To ensure transparency and convenience, our website calculates the delivery cost during the checkout process. This way, you'll have all the necessary information upfront.
Refund & Returns:
